What to write to us about
- An answer that doesn’t match your pay stub, or a rate that looks out of date. Corrections says what to include.
- A page or a calculator that doesn’t work for you, on your phone or computer.
- A municipality you can’t find, or a question about how the site works.
We are not your employer or a tax office
We can’t see or change your paycheck, your W-4, your tax return or your local tax account, and we can’t file anything for you. For questions about your own pay, ask your employer’s payroll or human resources team.
- Federal income tax and the W-4: the Internal Revenue Service publishes the 2026 Form W-4 and its instructions.
- Pennsylvania income tax: the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue.
- Local earned income tax and the local services tax: your local tax collector. DCED’s Address Search names it for any Pennsylvania address.
- Philadelphia’s Wage Tax: the City of Philadelphia Department of Revenue.
Please don’t send us your Social Security number, pay stubs, tax forms or bank details. We never ask for them, and we don’t need them to answer you.
